Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Specialist, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with flexibility for remote work. The Customer Success Specialist will focus on onboarding clients to the point of sale, training users, building lasting relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include supporting customers with product-related issues, identifying trends through data analysis, proactively solving problems, and ensuring a positive user experience at all stages of the customer lifecycle. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance processes and deliver value will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a passion for providing exceptional experiences
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Communication, including clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic techinal skills
  • Excel
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Experience in retail or software industries is a plus
