About the job
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support our Associations and Nonprofit clients. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention by acting as a trusted partner to clients throughout their lifecycle with solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned association and nonprofit clients
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of services
- Build strong, long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Proactively monitor client health, usage, and engagement
- Provide product guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, and Technology) to resolve issues and escalate when needed
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and collaborate with Sales where appropriate
- Gather client feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high service standards
- Travel to networking events and trade shows as per business needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Prior experience working with associations or nonprofit organizations is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable working with CRM and customer engagement tools
