About the job

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support our Associations and Nonprofit clients. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention by acting as a trusted partner to clients throughout their lifecycle with solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned association and nonprofit clients
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of services
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively monitor client health, usage, and engagement
  • Provide product guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, and Technology) to resolve issues and escalate when needed
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and collaborate with Sales where appropriate
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high service standards
  • Travel to networking events and trade shows as per business needs

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
  • Prior experience working with associations or nonprofit organizations is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Comfortable working with CRM and customer engagement tools
