Description Customer Success Specialist Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving and analyzing all aspects of customer purchase orders.
- Responsible for communicating with customers-verbal and written
- Responsible for typing and e-mailing customer quotes
- Responsible for acquiring product knowledge to assist customers with technical questions.
- Responsible for assisting customers with all specs of a customer's order-approval prints, order status, shipment details, and establishing creditworthiness
- Responsible for coordinating information between the customer, engineering department, and production department.
- Authorized to request changes to the Quality System in order to facilitate improvement or to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excel, Word, Windows
- 4 years’ experience in a related field, if no diploma. Mechanical aptitude, strong organizational skills, proficient in written and verbal communication.
