What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Customer Success / Sales Manager to work directly with individuals and families seeking life insurance coverage. This role focuses on guiding clients through coverage options, answering questions, and helping them make informed decisions.

We wear many hats in this role—serving as a guide, educator, and ongoing point of contact for our clients. From the initial conversation through policy support and eventually end-of-life assistance, we’re there every step of the way to ensure families are informed, supported, and cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance
• Explain coverage options and help clients choose plans that fit their needs
• Manage client communication from initial consultation through application
• Maintain follow-up and provide ongoing service as needed
• Complete training and stay up to date on product and compliance requirements
