About the job
About the Opportunity:
The organization provides a Connected Operations Cloud platform that enables companies relying on physical operations to utilize Internet of Things (IoT) data for actionable insights and operational improvements. The role of Customer Success Associate involves partnering with top customers to understand their fleet and business needs, advising on platform customization, and supporting long-term customer success.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with customers to develop joint success plans with clear objectives and timelines
• Facilitate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and internal leadership
• Conduct workshops to analyze customer operations and recommend workflow optimizations
• Understand and communicate the platform’s capabilities across various industries, including field services, utilities, transportation, and school services
• Mentor Customer Success and Support teams
• Promote and embody the organization’s cultural principles focused on customer success, long-term growth, inclusivity, and teamwork
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting; Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Experience with technical products and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high-priority tasks with emotional intelligence
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, product and engineering leaders, and end users
• Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong diplomacy and composure in handling customer issues
Ideal candidates also have:
• Enterprise SaaS experience
• Bias for action, big-picture thinking, and high standards
• Experience working with large-scale business solutions, including Fortune 500 companies
• Comfort in unstructured, dynamic environments
Compensation:
• Annual base salary range for this position is approximately $47,302.50 to $63,000, with actual pay varying by location, experience, and skills
