The CSA will work with our customers to ensure that they are getting the most out of our product, including providing guidance on how to use our product, recommending product enhancements, and helping them resolve any issues that may arise.

● Maintain calendars and coordinate scheduling for the department head and other staff

● Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials as needed

● Coordinate arrangements for departmental meetings and events

● Track and monitor expenses for the department

● Maintain electronic and paper files for the department

● Prepare correspondence as needed

● Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role

● Competent in MS Office Suite and Google Apps

● Strong organizational skills, detail oriented

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
