You will work with thousands of new award-winning books and authors all around the world. Your role is the primary contact for authors and publishers, and to ensure their experiences with Book Award Pro are truly excellent.

Book Award Pro leads the industry for book awards and reviews, but we are also still a startup with a small team and a huge vision. This means our work is both formidable and inspiring. In this role, you will have a major influence on our business and the entire literary industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary point of contact and support for book authors and publishers. Personalize every interaction to make sure our clients have the answers they need to succeed.

  • Attention to mountains of precise details, excellent writing and communication skills, juggling many concurrent projects, and keeping things expertly organized are crucial.

  • Handle all email/chat support, and proactively engage customers to help them get the most from the Book Award Pro platform and services.

  • Manage all professional accolade entries for authors' books. Grow relations with accolade organizations to strengthen our platform.

  • Leverage social media to manage interactions with authors, publishers, and the literary community.

  • Researching and adding new accolades from around the world into the Book Award Pro platform.

  • Expect many responsibilities, self-directed work, and accountability for great results.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Daily responsibilities and wearing many hats. Authors all around the world are counting on you to help their books succeed.

  • Revel in details and organization. You'll need exacting precision to ensure things are right the first time, every time.

  • Skilled with being resourceful and keeping focused to deal with ever-changing information.

  • Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills. You'll be interacting with authors, industry organizations, and other publishing professionals.
