What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, manufacturers, and partners
• Perform data entry tasks across multiple systems and follow up for missing enrollment information
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while adhering to program-approved guidelines
• Verify insurance coverage for commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans
• Coordinate access to support services including reimbursement counseling and assistance programs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure superior customer service
• Experience in resolving customer issues independently and understanding when escalation is necessary
• Responsible for compiling and maintaining KPI reports for clients
• Friendly disposition with a passion for customer interaction and a natural sense of curiosity

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in healthcare or related customer service roles
• Familiarity with insurance verification processes and reimbursement issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative tasks
