Customer Service (Sales)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Issue Sales Delivery Request (SDR) to the Logistics Department upon checking and inventory of units based on the agreed allocation plans, if any, for critical models.

Promptly uploads all purchase orders (PO) and Sales Delivery Request (SDR) details in the standard database to monitor daily sales.

Confirms dealer orders via phone and email. In any case, the unavailability of units shall be coordinated with the dealers, especially the production schedule.

Secures dealer confirmation for possible color conversion or model substitution in cases of stock-out / phase-out.

Coordinates the scheduled shipments backloads and sales returns with logistics and dealers.

Maintains orderly filing system of Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Delivery Requests (SDR).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

With working experience in the related field.

Above average communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferably adept with MS applications.

Willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
