What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide support to customers and Territory Managers (TMs) by answering calls and emails, and providing information on order statuses and delivery issues
  • Process customer orders, including new orders, cancellations, and returns, while maintaining accurate order history
  • Research and resolve customer order issues, including delivery discrepancies and back orders
  • Prepare and send customer order acknowledgments, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments, including Accounting and Purchasing, to ensure smooth operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, with knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of maintaining a customer database
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with hotel operational supplies and the travel and leisure industry
