• Providing exceptional customer support via phone, chat, or email, addressing questions related to TurboTax products and tax software
• Assisting customers with downloading, installing, and logging into TurboTax software
• Guiding users through basic navigation, document importation, printing, and filing processes
• Answering fundamental tax questions to help users understand their software and maximize benefits
• Maintaining a professional, empathetic approach to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participating in certification training to enhance product knowledge and support skills
• Adhering to company policies and performance metrics to ensure quality service delivery
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and Marketplace Performance Specialists for ongoing support and development
