About The Role As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting TurboTax users with their questions related to tax software and filing processes. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear, empathetic, and accurate guidance to customers navigating their tax returns, including topics such as downloading software, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from subject matter experts to ensure your success in this role.
