About The Role We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Work from Home TurboTax Product Experts. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for TurboTax customers, providing assistance and guidance related to our tax software products. Your primary responsibility will be to answer customer inquiries, help resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for users navigating their tax return process. This position offers flexible scheduling options, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while earning competitive pay and bonuses. No prior accounting experience is required; training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications To excel as a TurboTax Product Expert, candidates should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn. While specific accounting or tax background is not necessary, familiarity with basic computer operations and software navigation is essential. Candidates should demonstrate empathy and patience when assisting customers, along with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively. A commitment to providing excellent customer service and a willingness to adapt to new tools and processes are key qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to product features, software navigation, document importation, printing, filing, and basic tax inquiries.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
• Utilize provided resources and support from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to deliver accurate assistance.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions, whether via chat, phone, or email.
• Complete certification training within the designated three-day period to become a certified TurboTax Product Expert.
• Adhere to scheduled hours, with the flexibility to choose shifts between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday.
• Meet minimum weekly work requirements, with opportunities to extend hours based on availability and performance.
• Support promotional activities during peak tax season, including working additional hours and earning bonuses.
