Your primary responsibilities will include guiding customers through downloading, logging in, navigating the software, importing documents, printing, filing, and addressing fundamental tax-related inquiries. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday. You will receive comprehensive training and continuous support to ensure you are well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to product features, software navigation, and basic tax filing procedures.
- Guide users through downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns using TurboTax software.
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and support protocols.
- Maintain high-quality service standards by adhering to company guidelines and performance metrics.
- Support customers with basic tax-related inquiries, escalating complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Manage your schedule effectively to meet minimum weekly hours and maximize earning potential.
