Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional customer support by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. You will assist users with downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and addressing fundamental tax questions. During your interactions, you will ensure customers feel supported and confident in using the software. You will also participate in certification training, which involves a three-day process designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills. Once certified, you will handle live customer calls, guiding users through their queries with patience and clarity. Additionally, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and support specialists to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Maintaining a professional, empathetic approach while managing multiple customer interactions is crucial. Flexibility in scheduling allows you to work as much or as little as desired, provided minimum hours are met, with opportunities to increase hours during peak periods such as tax season.

Benefits This role offers numerous benefits, including competitive pay at $24 per hour, with an additional $5 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost available from April 9 to 15, during which unlimited hours can be worked to maximize earnings. Participants also receive a $405 certification bonus upon completing the required training, which takes approximately three days. The flexible schedule allows you to work anytime between 8 am EST and 12 am midnight EST, seven days a week, enabling you to balance work with personal commitments. The position supports remote work, eliminating commute time and allowing you to create a comfortable, personalized workspace.
