About The Role The Customer Service Representative (Remote) at Stryker is a vital part of our customer support team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to healthcare professionals and sales representatives. This role requires a dedicated individual who can handle inquiries efficiently via phone and email, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates on order status. The position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, supporting the company's commitment to work-life balance. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in maintaining high standards of record-keeping, understanding complex processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility in supporting the team beyond standard hours may be required to meet customer needs and workload demands.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct customer service or account management experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP)
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications Include
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 or more years of customer service and order entry experience, especially in a call center environment
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX)
- Familiarity with PowerBI, Genesys, and/or Avaya platforms
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support to healthcare professionals and sales representatives, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process orders, verify order status, and manage return requests accurately through multichannel systems
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with Stryker’s standards and procedures
- Interpret and explain detailed processes and procedural information to customers and team members
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, projects, and organizational initiatives
- Respond flexibly to changing priorities and support the team beyond standard working hours if required
- Understand the impact of decisions on customers, markets, and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals
