About The Role We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work-from-Home TurboTax Product Experts. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for TurboTax users, assisting them with a variety of questions related to product usage, navigation, document importation, printing, filing, and basic tax inquiries. This position offers the flexibility to set your own schedule within specified hours, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively. You will be supported by experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and have access to continuous training to ensure your success. Responsibilities As a TurboTax Product Expert, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers via phone and chat with their questions about TurboTax software and tax filing processes. You will guide users through downloading, logging in, navigating the platform, importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns. Additionally, you will address basic tax-related inquiries, providing clear and concise solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be supported by SMEs and MPS advocates, who will help you resolve complex issues and enhance your knowledge. Building a positive customer experience through empathetic communication and efficient problem-solving will be central to your role. Maintaining a flexible schedule, working a minimum of 25 hours per week, and participating in certification training over three days are essential components of this position. During peak periods, such as April 9-15, you can earn additional bonuses by working extra hours, with a minimum of 8 hours daily required on specific days.

You will receive ongoing support and training from experienced professionals, ensuring your continuous development. Additionally, the role allows for increased earnings based on your work hours, and you have the opportunity to work more than the minimum required hours if desired.
