Customer Support Representative | United States | Remote | $20 USD hourly
We're working with Liveops on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for empathetic and tech-savvy individuals to provide remote support for a leading tax software program as independent contractors, especially during the peak tax season.
The Role
• Provide remote customer support for tax software users
• Handle inbound calls, assess customer needs, and resolve issues
• Navigate multiple systems and accurately document call notes
• Utilize video chat and screen-sharing tools to assist customers
• Commit to a minimum number of service hours during tax season
• Potentially earn performance-based incentives
What You'll Need
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications
• Comfortable with video chat and screen-sharing functionalities
• Experience in customer support, call center experience is a plus
• A distraction-free home office setup with dual monitors, USB headset, and webcam
• Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit)
• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor, managing your own taxes and expenses
