About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and performance-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers via inbound calls, assisting with inquiries related to shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds, and package tracking. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing company-provided equipment and desktop applications such as Talkdesk to deliver top-tier service. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic company that values teamwork, continuous learning, and customer satisfaction. The role requires residency in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas, and involves a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and peak periods requiring overtime.
Qualifications
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps, no DSL)
- Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
- Comfortable navigating and using the internet effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Strong initiative and motivation to succeed
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues using available tools
- Desire to learn technical details about vehicle systems
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and maintain professionalism
- Follow instructions and respond well to leadership guidance
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency with computers and desktop applications
- ASE Certifications preferred
- At least 2 years of automotive experience preferred
- Residency in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls using Talkdesk and company-provided equipment
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds, and package tracking
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer appropriate solutions using available tools
- Follow company protocols and instructions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve service delivery
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and ongoing professional development
- Support other duties as assigned to enhance overall customer experience
- Work during scheduled hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods as necessary
