What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle inbound calls while delivering exceptional service to customers
• Manage customer information and resolve inquiries effectively
• Authorize sales and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
• Navigate and manage information across multiple software platforms efficiently
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free environment during work hours

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience within the last 7 years
• Ability to live within 60 minutes or 60 miles of the specified zip code for occasional in-person training and activities
• Intermediate level of computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Availability to work evening hours and at least one weekend day

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 6+ months of experience in the banking or financial industry
• Experience working in a virtual environment for at least 6 months
• 6+ months of experience in a call center environment
• Strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and effectively share solutions
• Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
