What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound calls while delivering exceptional service to customers
- Manage customer information and resolve inquiries effectively
- Authorize sales and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
- Navigate and manage information across multiple software platforms efficiently
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free environment during work hours
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience within the last 7 years
- Ability to live within 60 minutes or 60 miles of the specified zip code for occasional in-person training and activities
- Intermediate level of computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Availability to work evening hours and at least one weekend day
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 6+ months of experience in the banking or financial industry
- Experience working in a virtual environment for at least 6 months
- 6+ months of experience in a call center environment
- Strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and effectively share solutions
- Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
