About The Role We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team at Dunkin' - Rhinelander. This entry-level position offers a flexible work schedule, making it ideal for students, part-time workers, or anyone looking to gain experience in the food service industry. As a team member, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with guests, preparing beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit

  • Reliable, friendly, and eager to learn
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve coffee, Refreshers, food items, and other beverages according to company standards
  • Balance speed and quality, especially during busy periods to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Build rapport and connect with guests and team members to foster a welcoming environment
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized to meet health and safety standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies diligently
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills
