About The Role We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team at Dunkin' - Rhinelander. Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
- Must be at least 14 years old (as permitted by law)
- Reliable, friendly, and eager to learn
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Prepare and serve coffee, Refreshers, food items, and other beverages according to company standards
- Balance speed and quality, especially during busy periods to ensure guest satisfaction
- Build rapport and connect with guests and team members to foster a welcoming environment
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized to meet health and safety standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies diligently
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills
