What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Communicate effectively with members and providers over the phone and through email
• Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport with every interaction
• Assist customers in understanding their eligibility for benefits and claim status
• Support Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
• Accurately document information exchanged during each call

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in healthcare
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
