What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Communicate effectively with members and providers over the phone and through email
- Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport with every interaction
- Assist customers in understanding their eligibility for benefits and claim status
- Support Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
- Accurately document information exchanged during each call
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in healthcare
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
