What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
• Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and coverage benefits
• Work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
• Provide enthusiastic and caring support to enhance customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to work flexible schedules

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with insurance policy details and coverages
• Experience with customer retention strategies
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software
• Strong problem-solving skills
