The Hirsh Agency is hiring a Customer Relations/Sales Specialist to support individuals and families who have already requested information about insurance solutions. We wear a lot of hats around here, and people who thrive enjoy this aspect of what we do!

This position is commission-based and requires state insurance licensing (we help you obtain that!)

What You’ll Do

• Connect with clients and guide them through financial options
• Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
• Ask clear questions to understand the client's needs
• Present appropriate insurance options based on those needs
• Assist clients through the application process
• Follow company systems for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
• Participate in required training and team meetings

Work Schedule

• Fully remote
• Flexible scheduling based on client availability
• Work when it works for you! Part-time, spare time, full-time - completely up to you!

Compensation

• This is a performance-based, commission-only role
• This is not a salary but the POTENTIAL of earnings based on your hard work - usually high 5 to 6 figures!
• Earnings vary based on individual effort, activity, and results.
• Additional performance-based incentives may be available
• Ongoing training and operational support
• 1099, not W2, so you will be your own boss

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
• Comfortable communicating by phone and video
• Ability to follow structured systems and processes
