What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer over 80 inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries during calls
• Maintain performance goals and metrics
• Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1+ year work experience in a relevant field
• Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or call center environment preferred
• Experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer applications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with patients regarding medical information

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
• Previous work experience in insurance claims or EOB processing
• Familiarity with fast-paced environments and multitasking
