Freelance Project Coordinator (Paligo) – Remote
Contract position (4-5 months)
Role Description
POCP is seeking a freelance contractor to support content production and publishing workflows within our content management system (Paligo). This is a remote contract role focused on managing structured content and coordinating production tasks from draft through final output.
The Project Coordinator will organize workflows, track project milestones, and prepare structured manuscripts for internal review and design. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working within a CMS environment, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving efficiently and accurately.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience working with structured content or CMS platforms (Paligo strongly preferred)
- Background in copywriting, editorial production, content management, or project coordination, ideally within an agency or healthcare environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines and competing priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder updates
- High attention to detail and comfort maintaining documentation and production workflows
- Experience with digital tools and project management software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with health IT, interoperability, or healthcare consulting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
