Position: Generalist

Type: Contract Compensation: $30–$35/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses to enhance therapeutic-style conversations.
• Review AI replies for empathy, emotional insight, and communication quality.
• Produce clear, improved rewrites that meet project standards.
• Collaborate with research teams to strengthen AI behavior in mental-health settings.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet accelerated project timelines.

Qualifications Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Experience in evaluating and refining AI model responses.
• Ability to assess communication quality and appropriateness for supportive dialogue.

Start Date

• Immediate following a mandatory onboarding session.
