About Mina Baie

MINA BAIE is a modern accessories brand redefining the ‘mom’ bag category through thoughtful design, elevated materials, and honest representation of motherhood. Built for women navigating every stage of the journey, we believe function and fashion should coexist beautifully, and our storytelling reflects the real lives of the women who carry our bags.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-output content creator who understands that great content isn’t just beautiful, it performs. This is a role for someone who is magnetic on camera, fast in execution, and disciplined about consistency. You know how to create content people save, share, and act on and you care about the numbers behind it.

You’ll be the face and hands of our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, ideating, filming, editing, and publishing content that builds brand authority and drives measurable engagement. You have a strong understanding of brand storytelling — creating content that not only performs on platform, but consistently reinforces brand identity, tone, and narrative across channels

You’ll report into and partner closely with our Social Media Strategist.

• Respond to product questions in a way that supports conversion and trust

• Surface meaningful feedback and patterns to the marketing team

• You create with intention, every post has a purpose

• You move quickly without compromising quality

• You are consistent, not creatively inconsistent or trend-dependent

• You take feedback seriously and adjust fast
