Key Responsibilities
Company Brand Content:
Lead content strategy for LinkedIn, website, and other digital platforms.
Create posts around hiring tips, team wins, client success stories, and insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather real-time stories, data, and case studies.
Track performance and optimize content for engagement and lead generation.
CEO Personal Brand:
Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for the CEOs LinkedIn.
Craft relatable, insightful, and impactful storytelling posts.
Extract content ideas from weekly conversations with the CEO.
Monitor LinkedIn inbox and comment sections to spot engagement opportunities.
Key Qualifications
3+ years of experience in content marketing, personal branding, or communications.
Excellent writing skills with a strong command of tone and audience awareness.
Solid understanding of B2B content and what works well on LinkedIn.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar.
Portfolio of work demonstrating executive content or strategic storytelling.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Background in recruitment, HR, or professional services.
Experience with tools like Canva, Notion, Buffer, or HubSpot.
Knowledge of video/podcast content creation.
Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and scheduling tools.
