Job Description
About the job
The Market Shift We’re Betting On
Enterprise software buying is undergoing a quiet but massive reset.
As companies outgrow tools like QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and point solutions, they enter a chaotic phase of ERP, CRM, HCM, billing, PSA, and HRIS selection. Today, that transition is powered by:
- Expensive advisory firms
- Inconsistent vendor-led discovery
- Opaque scoping and pricing
- Zero standardization across implementations
The result? Millions spent before a single line of configuration is written—and no clear way to compare options or manage delivery risk.
We believe this changes.
In 3–5 years, we expect 3 out of 5 companies graduating from tools like QuickBooks to use coSow as the default platform to:
- Run enterprise application RFPs
- Compare vendors on apples-to-apples scopes
- Procure implementations via a marketplace
- Track delivery quality and risk over time
Across ERP, CRM, HCM & HRIS, PSA, billing, expense management, and beyond.
What coSow Is Building
coSow sits upstream of enterprise IT spend.
Enterprises globally:
- Spend $150B–$500B+ annually on enterprise application implementations and system integration
- Spend $100B+ per year on IT and software consulting tied to selection and scoping
- Operate within a $1T+ global IT services ecosystem
Yet the earliest and most important decision—how work is scoped, priced, and selected—is still manual, slow, and inconsistent.
coSow is building the platform that standardizes this layer.
We turn messy discovery conversations into structured, guided workflows that produce:
- High-confidence implementation cost estimates
- Standardized scopes and Statements of Work
- Comparable bids across vendors
- A foundation for ongoing delivery and risk scoring
This is not a services business. It’s infrastructure for how enterprise software gets bought and delivered.
Why We’re Starting Narrow
We’re deliberately starting with a focused entry point: ERP implementations in a segment we know exceptionally well.
That’s not a constraint—it’s sequencing.
The founding work is grounded in 10+ years of direct, hands-on delivery experience, scoping $1B+ in real implementations. We’re using that depth to validate the model, prove repeatability, and build trust.
The underlying platform is designed to expand horizontally across:
- Software categories
- Company sizes
- Vendors and delivery partners
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a true co-founder who wants to help build a category-defining company.
You might come from product, engineering, or go-to-market—what matters is:
- You want ownership, not just execution
- You enjoy building from first principles
- You’re excited by large, messy markets with real money at stake
- You think in systems, not features
This is a zero-ego, high-agency role with real influence over product, strategy, and company direction.
What You’ll Do
As a co-founder, you’ll:
- Help define the long-term product and platform vision
- Build and ship core parts of the system
- Talk directly to users shaping how the product evolves
- Co-own go-to-market strategy and positioning
- Help lay the foundation for hiring, culture, and scale
You won’t be handed a roadmap—you’ll help write it.
