About Charm AI
Charm AI is an AI-powered skin analysis and recommendation platform designed to help consumers discover products that actually work for their skin and help brands and retailers improve conversion, retention, and reduce returns through personalization.
We are currently entering our pilot phase with select beauty retailers and brands and are looking for a co-founder who can own revenue, partnerships, and early market traction.
The Role
As Co-Founder, Growth & Partnerships, you will own Charm AI’s go-to-market strategy end-to-end. Your primary mission is to drive early revenue, secure pilot partnerships, and shape how Charm AI is positioned and sold to retailers and brands.
This is a true co-founder role with equity, strategic influence, and the opportunity to define our commercial engine from day one.
What You’ll Own
- Lead sales and partnership conversations with beauty retailers, brands, and platforms
- Drive Charm AI’s first pilot deals from intro → demo → close
- Define and refine pricing, pilot structures, and partnership models
- Build and own the sales pipeline (outbound, inbound, partnerships)
- Develop Charm AI’s GTM narrative: value proposition, ROI story, and buyer messaging
- Act as the primary external face of Charm AI alongside the CEO
- Gather market feedback to influence product roadmap and positioning
What We’re Looking For
- Founder mindset you take ownership, not instructions
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, retail tech, beauty, or consumer tech sales
- Strong relationship-builder who is comfortable selling vision and execution
- Ability to sell to mid-market and enterprise stakeholders (retailers, brands, execs)
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and early-stage constraints
- Track record of closing deals, partnerships, or pilots from scratch
Bonus but not required:
- Experience selling to beauty, retail, e-commerce, or CPG brands
- Familiarity with AI, personalization, or recommendation systems
- Worked at an Early-Stage, Fast growing startup
What Success Looks Like (First 6–9 Months)
- Secure 3–5 high-quality pilot partnerships
- Establish Charm AI’s repeatable sales motion
- Validate pricing and partnership structure
- Build a credible pipeline for post-pilot expansion
- Become the clear owner of revenue and growth strategy
Compensation
- Equity-based co-founder role (cash stipend possible depending on timing)
- Meaningful ownership and decision-making authority
- Opportunity to grow into Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) as the company scales
