BrainyTed is building a new category: a mental-health-first ecosystem for hiring in the era of AI.

Now we are looking for a Co-Founder who will architect the future of hiring with us.
The Role
- Co-Founder & Chief People & Hiring Architect
- You will not “run HR.”
- You will rethink how hiring works globally.
- This is a strategic founding role focused on:
- Designing a next-generation hiring model
- Validating and refining our Team DNA Simulator
- Building credibility with CHROs and Talent Leaders
- Leading pilot programs with our first 100 companies
- Shaping BrainyTed’s hiring philosophy and B2B narrative
- You will sit at the core of product, strategy, and market validation.
- You will work directly with the CEO and founding team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Hiring System Architecture
Design human-first hiring flows
Replace traditional ATS logic with psychological compatibility logic
Validate the practical application of personality-based matching
Co-create the Zero-Ghosting standard
2. B2B Validation & Enterprise Access
Open doors to CHROs, Heads of Talent, and People Directors
Run structured pilot programs
Translate HR pain into product refinement
Turn early adopters into case studies
3. Team DNA & Cultural Fit Redefined
Define measurable frameworks for team compatibility
Stress-test our Team DNA Simulator with real data
Bridge psychological insight with organizational reality
4. Category Creation
Speak publicly about the future of hiring
Publish thought leadership
Help position BrainyTed as a movement — not just a tool
Who You Are
- You likely have:
- 10–15+ years in HR, Talent, or People Strategy
- Experience as Head of Talent / HR Director / People Lead
- Built or scaled hiring in a 200–2000+ employee company
- Managed hiring through high-growth and/or layoffs
- Worked closely with executive teams
- Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in tech / fintech / AI companies
- Exposure to employer branding & EVP strategy
- Interest in psychology, burnout prevention, or workplace mental health
- Built or implemented HR tech tools
