About the Role

We’re hiring a Client Support Specialist to provide friendly, responsive support for prospective and enrolled clients using online training and career development services. This role focuses on answering questions, resolving basic technical and account issues, guiding onboarding steps, and helping clients stay on track throughout their learning experience.

This is a remote-friendly position with collaboration that works well across distributed teams. Some support coverage may align with standard business hours, with occasional schedule flexibility based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client questions through phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems in a timely, professional way.
  • Support inquiries related to program details, scheduling, enrollment steps, training logistics, and account access.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for common technical issues and coordinate escalations when deeper support is helpful.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding, including setup steps, access instructions, and getting started resources.
  • Follow up to confirm issues are resolved and help address recurring concerns.
  • Document interactions and outcomes in CRM and support tools; share trends and feedback to improve the client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions efficiently and improve processes over time.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in customer service, client support, or help desk-style support is helpful.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfort learning new platforms, CRM tools, and support systems quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks in a remote environment while staying organized.
  • Familiarity with ticketing or CRM tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Exposure to online learning platforms or training services is beneficial.
