JOB SUMMARY

The Client Success Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to clients by ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with our services. This entry-level role serves as a key point of contact for client inquiries, support needs, and general service questions.

JOB DUTIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly to questions via phone, zoom, or support ticket system.
  • Help clients navigate and utilize the iSolved platform effectively within the Payroll and TLM modules.
  • Track and manage open support tickets and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with internal teams or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Educate clients on best practices, tools, and resources available to help them succeed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requests, and solutions using internal CRM or support systems.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or service gaps.
  • Participate in training sessions to build expertise in the iSolved platform and implementation methodology

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of experience in a client service, customer support, or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and urgency.
  • Hands-on experience using the iSolved platform

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
