Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Clerk to join our customer's team in a fully remote position. In this pivotal role, you will manage order processing, support logistics, and ensure a seamless customer experience. As an Order Clerk AI trainer, you'll also have a unique opportunity to work with AI systems, helping to enhance the intelligence and efficiency of future order management solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process and manage customer orders using order management and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of shipping and logistics processes.
  • Accurately enter and update data in various platforms, maintaining precise and organized records.
  • Communicate with customers via written and verbal channels to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and provide outstanding service.
  • Identify and escalate order discrepancies or logistical challenges proactively, contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with your remote teammates to streamline workflows and share best practices for effective order management.
  • Support the development and training of AI models, leveraging your expertise to enhance future order clerk automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with order management systems and CRM platforms in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for documentation, communication, and data management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service orientation, adept at handling inquiries, requests, and issue resolution with empathy and efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of shipping and logistics processes, including coordination with external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous remote work experience with demonstrated time management and self-motivation.
