Key Objectives

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist with billing, insurance documentation, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Support front desk activities including patient check‑in and check‑out processes.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
