Chief Investment Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Newark, CA, for a Chief Investment Officer (CIO). The CIO will lead the company’s investment strategy and execution, oversee investment management, and drive portfolio performance. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, managing existing assets to maximize returns, and optimizing portfolio diversification. The CIO will collaborate with senior leadership and maintain financial oversight to ensure the realization of the company's mission and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Investment Strategies, Investment Management, and Portfolio Management
• Expertise in Finance and Investments, with a track record of delivering strong financial results
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills in managing investment teams and portfolios
• Strong analytical abilities and financial modeling skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are highly valued
• Experience in multifamily real estate investments is preferred
