Core Responsibilities
Capital Strategy & Structuring
1. Design multi-year global capital strategy
2. Structure funds, SPVs, and holding vehicles
3. Optimize capital stack (equity, debt, hybrid instruments)
4. Build institutional-grade investment theses
5. Lead valuation frameworks and financial modeling
6. Structure and negotiate term sheets
7. Define portfolio allocation strategy
8. Design exit and liquidity strategies
9. Establish investment committee structure
10. Develop capital deployment roadmap
Capital Raising & Investor Relations
11. Build and manage a global investor pipeline
12. Engage family offices, PE firms, VCs, sovereign funds, and HNWIs
13. Lead US and international roadshows
14. Craft investor materials to institutional standards
15. Negotiate and close funding rounds
16. Manage full fundraising lifecycle
17. Establish LP onboarding systems
18. Create recurring investor reporting cadence
19. Maintain long-term investor relationships
20. Increase repeat-investor participation

21. Build co-investment partnerships
22. Develop strategic banking relationships
23. Form cross-border capital alliances
24. Structure syndications and joint ventures
