GoGenesisAI (Chicago) and Accel88 are building a next-generation AI and Automation platform serving mid-market enterprises across the US and GCC. Our mission is to become the most trusted AI & Automation partner in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Technology delivering measurable, data-driven growth through scalable SaaS solutions.

We are seeking a transformational Chief Growth Officer to architect and lead our global growth strategy.

This is a build-and-scale mandate. The CGO will be responsible for designing and executing a differentiated go-to-market strategy, integrating acquired AI/IP companies, and scaling the organization toward $110M+ US ARR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable revenue strategy across priority verticals
  • Build predictable, repeatable growth engines with strong NRR performance
  • Lead sales, business development, and strategic partnerships
  • Recruit, develop, and align a high-performing executive growth team
  • Integrate acquired AI/IP companies into a unified GTM strategy
  • Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities across US and GCC markets
  • Align cross-functional teams around measurable growth objectives

Qualifications

  • 15+ years scaling B2B SaaS or AI businesses
  • 5+ years in C-suite leadership (CRO, COO, President, CGO)
  • Experience building $50M+ ARR organizations in mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue toward $100M+
  • Proven track record building and leading executive teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and operational leadership capability
  • Experience integrating acquisitions and driving platform alignment
  • US market scaling experience required; GCC exposure preferred
