About the Opportunity:

The organization is focused on creating thriving communities by connecting people with apartment homes through a centralized leasing sales team. The role involves handling inbound calls from prospective residents nationwide, providing comprehensive support throughout the leasing process, and ensuring communities achieve qualified traffic, maximize leasing potential, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and provide information about communities that meet prospects'' needs

• Invite prospects to tour communities and guide them through the application process

• Deliver high-quality customer service that builds excitement, loyalty, and brand recognition

• Create complete and accurate guest cards in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

• Follow up with customers post-tour to encourage apartment rental

• Maintain accurate knowledge of community pricing, specials, policies, amenities, and local conveniences

• Comply with state landlord-tenant and Fair Housing laws and maintain familiarity with subsidized housing programs

• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with onsite team members

• Participate in continuous learning and stay current on industry projects, services, and technology changes

• Represent the organization professionally and maintain a courteous attitude with prospects, residents, team members, and the public

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred

• Minimum two years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in real estate

• Excellent verbal communication and consistent follow-through

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively

• Comfortable with high call volume, phone etiquette, and servicing customers via phone, email, and chat using dual screens

• Ability to effectively communicate and promote community benefits to drive traffic

Compensation:

• Salary range $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

• Starting pay based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications
