About the Opportunity:

This organization helps clients secure their financial well-being to enable long and fulfilling lives. The Case Coordinator serves as the primary contact for financial professionals and internal wholesalers submitting new applications for financial products. The role ensures applications and fund transfer documents comply with regulatory standards and contain complete client information, addressing risk assumptions and regulatory requirements at the point of sale.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal caseload to resolve errors and omissions within departmental guidelines

• Handle work items, outbound and inbound telephone calls, faxes, and emails with financial professionals

• Manage incoming inquiries from agents, brokers, and internal sources regarding financial and insurance products

Requirements:

• College degree

• 1+ years of call center experience

• Strong listening skills

• Attention to detail

Compensation:

• Base salary range is $48,000 to $55,000

• Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and location

• Additional compensation includes base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive opportunities based on role and performance
