About DormWay

DormWay is building the command center for college life — AI tools that sync syllabi, track assignments, and kill the chaos of managing 5 classes at once. We need students at real campuses making real content about real college problems. That's the whole job.

What You'll Actually Do

• Post content on your own TikTok and Instagram channels using your DormWay referral link
• Every week we send a brief: trending hooks, formats, audio — you make it yours
• Work with your pod — a small group of creators at your campus, coordinated by a pod lead
• Film on campus. Study sessions. Finals chaos. Whatever resonates with your audience.
• No scripts. No approval queue. Just post.

What's a Pod?

Creators are organized into campus-specific pods of 3–5 people. Pods coordinate content timing, share what's working, and hold each other accountable. Each pod has a lead who gets additional support from DormWay. Think of it as a small content team, not a solo grind.

How You Get Paid

Base quality fee (per accepted post) $25

Referral: user completes onboarding +$5

Referral: user still active at Day 7 +$2

Referral: user still active at Week 4 +$3

50 onboarded referrals (milestone) +$50 bonus

100 onboarded referrals (milestone) +$100 bonus

150 onboarded referrals (milestone) +$200 bonus

Posts pay a flat quality fee — no view minimums, no viral lottery. Referral bonuses stack up to $10 per user who sticks around. Hit all three milestones and earn $350 in bonuses on top of per-referral pay.

What We're Looking For

Current undergrad at any U.S. university

Active TikTok or Instagram presence (any size — no follower minimum)

Pod mindset: you collaborate and communicate, not just solo post

You actually use TikTok and know what's trending before it's trending

Bonus: CapCut, InShot, or any editing experience

Logistics

~5–8 hrs/week total including filming and editing

100% remote, fully flexible — post from your dorm, the quad, the library, anywhere

You own your channels; DormWay provides the referral link and content support
