What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years working in a professional, customer-facing role
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to express information clearly
  • Ability to maintain punctual and regular attendance

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Associate's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
  • 2 years of insurance experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
