Key Responsibilities: - Sales Generation: Identify and target potential clients in need of business services such as consulting, financial services, IT solutions, or HR services. - Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. - Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and present tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges. - Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services. - Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development. - Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue generation, providing regular reports to management. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. - Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and identify new business opportunities. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the business services sector. - Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales techniques, client acquisition, and relationship management. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence credibly and effectively. - Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully closing deals. - Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions. - Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools. - Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in selling consulting, IT, financial, or HR services. - Understanding of the business services industry and its challenges. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
