2. About the Opportunity:
The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion. This role supports executive leadership by managing office functions and staff, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the organization’s services. The position allows for remote work within the U.S., providing flexibility while tackling important operational challenges.
3. Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain contracts, binders, and HR/medical files for employees and contractors in compliance with policies and regulations
• Review, reconcile, and submit invoices following organizational policy, ensuring timely payment and vendor relationship management
• Conduct or manage billing audits and follow up on necessary corrections
• Manage clerical staff and non-clinical office processes, including task completion and participation in hiring, disciplinary, and separation decisions
4. Requirements:
• At least one of the following:
• 3+ years healthcare experience
• 3+ years office administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Preferred:
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Leadership skills in process and people management
• Experience with payroll, supply management, and basic financial knowledge
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Hourly pay ranges from $20.38 to $36.44 based on full-time employment, influenced by local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications
• Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution subject to eligibility
