Hiring In: Modesto (CA), Detroit (MI), Miami (FL), and Tampa (FL). This position involves coverage of a regular territory that is centered in the territory and neighboring towns.

Timing:
**Right away! We will have a training class in April 2026! We have a two-step training process.
Our first training class will begin with our virtual training from Wednesday, April 8th - Friday, April 10th. Following the virtual training we will have an in-person training session in Philadelphia, PA. Please be prepared to travel (at our expense) and be away from home for that training starting Sunday, April 12th. The training begins on Monday, April 13th and goes every day through Friday, April 17th.
In total, these eight days will be your first days with HCP Concierge and solely focused on training. Please plan to travel (at our expense) and be away from home for the in-person training in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities of the Associate Service Service Specialist
- Understanding customer business objectives and supporting HCPs as their primary contact within HCP Concierge
- Operate ethically and in accordance with the company’s process and policies at all times
- Mastery of information; will undergo regular training that requires studying for and passing certifications, both written and verbal
- Manage territory calling on a range of HCPs in targeted physician offices
- Distribute and manage resources within guidelines provided by management
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and customers
- Manage territory as a business to achieve call plans and customer satisfaction
- Establish and manage high quality customer relationships
- Execute customer call plans and following-up on customer requests
- Comply with company reporting requirement
- Adhere to all company and industry guidelines and regulations
Job Requirements of the Associate Service Specialist - Pharmaceutical Sales
- Degree preferred – Associates or Bachelors degree from accredited institution preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organization skills
- Comfortable working independently to achieve results
- Strong work ethic
- Professional, proactive demeanor
- Must reside locally / within assigned territory
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a safe driving record
- Proficiency with using technology for business purposes
