Role Description

This is a full-time remote Associate role at R Squared Realty Experts. The Associate will support clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, assisting with property showings, market research and analysis, preparing necessary documentation, and fostering positive client relationships. The Associate will work as part of a collaborative and driven team in real estate transactions, while upholding the company’s mission of delivering personalized and results-focused solutions.

• Experience or interest in real estate, property transactions, or customer service
• Ability to conduct market research and provide data-driven insights
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using digital tools, technology platforms, and real estate management software
• Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Real estate license is preferred but not required; willingness to pursue licensing is valued
