The app offers services including insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, and parking. Founded in 2017, it has grown to over 5 million customers, raised $240 million in funding, and achieved 60X revenue growth. The organization recently became profitable and aims to scale to 50 million customers and reach a $10 billion valuation. The Business Operations Associate role supports data-driven decision-making across critical initiatives such as carrier growth and new product development, using advanced machine learning to analyze data and guide growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies

• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests on features to inform product and business decisions

• Define, understand, and test factors driving profitable, scalable user acquisition and partnership growth

• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline

• 1 or more years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) or relevant business analysis/operations experience

• Proficiency in SQL and/or performing complex data analysis

• Strong problem-solving framework and first principles thinking

• Comfortable communicating with audiences from front-line employees to C-suite

• High standards for personal and team performance

Compensation:

• Starting pay will fall within the posted range, determined by job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions

• Compensation may include opportunities for equity grants
