Primary Responsibilities
Analyze the conversion and take up, revenue and spend per pax of ancillary products based on market mix, city pairs, flight day/time and other possible parameters.
Initiate and recommend optimization initiatives (ex. Tests, experiments, permanent change etc.) for ancillary products given the data analyzed.
Actively coordinate with Ancillary Managers on plans and initiatives for ancillary products.
Coordinate with other depts. including but not limited to Sales, Ticketing, Customer Care, Loyalty, ISD, Network Control Center, Airports Services, Revenue Accounting, Treasury.
Work with Enterprise Analytics on Navitaire Dynamic Pricing dashboard monitoring, and recommend changes and improvements, as necessary.
Use Navitaire Dynamic Pricing module and other available dashboards to analyze ancillary data.
Provide reports and presentations on optimization efforts in a regular manner, or as requested by stakeholders.
Hold consultation meetings with Navitaire for data reading, analysis, and comparison, as necessary.
Participate in partners and stakeholders’ meetings, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree - ideally in business or finance related majors
Prior work experience in Revenue Management or equivalent especially in Airline specific revenue management, is a huge plus.
Open to fresh graduates with strong background.
Must be proficient in Statistical/ Economic Analysis.
Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be detail and results oriented.
Must be a problem solver and a team player.
Must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
