About the job
Are you a US-based Small or Medium Business owner actively using Gmail and Google Workspace for your business?
We’re inviting eligible business owners to participate in a paid AI feature evaluation pilot.
Location: Remote – USA
Model: BYOD (no asset shipment required)
What you’ll do:
• Complete structured rating assignments
• Continue working within your regular Gmail workflow
• Evaluate new AI features using provided guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
• Based in the United States (any state)
• English-speaking
• Use Gmail as your primary business communication tool
• Account active for more than 2 months
• At least 2 active business contacts (excluding yourself)
• Receive at least 10 business-related email threads per week
• Use at least one additional Google Workspace app (Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Calendar)
• Use Docs or Sheets collaboratively (comments for communication)
• Smart features enabled
• Willing to enroll in Workspace Consumer Labs (@gmail.com users) or Workspace Alpha (non-gmail.com users), if not already enrolled
